Mark Vierling Welcome

American Woodmark is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Vierling as Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective from January 23, 2023. In his new role, Mark will be responsible for executing the company's commercial engagement, sourcing, and supply chain strategy to achieve its GDP goals.

With over twenty years of experience in supply chain and procurement, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. He most recently served as the Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer at Amtrak and has held a range of leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at Oshkosh Corporation for the Fire and Emergency and Access Equipment segments. Mark has also held positions with increasing responsibility at GE Energy, Kohler Power Systems, and General Motors Corporation.

Mark received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, and his skills and experience will be a valuable addition to American Woodmark's executive team.
